Selling Us Your Property

 

If you have a property that you would like to sell us, we require:

 

  • Information on the property including bedrooms, bathrooms, sq.ft., and year built.
  • Pictures: Subject property front, back, street view, living room, dining room, kitchen, water heater, electric panel (breaker box), furnace, master bedroom, master bathroom.  
  • Comps for the ARV (after repair value) either from a Real Estate Agent or an Appraiser using a subject-to-appraisal.
  • Rehab List from a Professional (Contractor, Home Inspector) with repairs listed and the cost of repairs.
  • Copy of Original Contract if being assigned to us.
  • Rent Roll or Potential Rents if property is a rental.
