Welcome to the Faith Corner of Prime Holdings and Management LLC's website. We do not take the credit for the success that we have had in real estate investing. Instead, we lift it up to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Without Him, we believe that we could be investing with no purpose, but with Him we can do all things.

First we would like to give honor, praise and thanks to our Father God, the Son Jesus Christ, and then to Pastors David and Janeice Worthy at Bread of Life Ministries of Faith (The Life) in Charlotte, NC for teaching about seed time and harvest time. 

From time to time, the team and members are going to share with all of you some of the testimonies of our Lord blessings in our business and our internet community, and we encourage those of you who have testimonies to share, to do the same thing. OUR COMMITMENT

Prime Holdings and Management LLC in agreement with Bread Of Life Ministry Of Faith (The Life) has agreed to help with the ministries mission and focus to teach families faith, and financial freedom.  

The ministry is a beacon of hope to all those who are struggling with insufficiency.  The ministry will be reaching our residential communites with various diverse outreach programs for families in need while continually providing mentorships for self-sufficiency and finacial freedom.

Prime Holdings and Management believe in community responsibility while investing.  When buying our properties you are not just investing in real estate, you are investing in a community.  Our responsibility here at Prime Holdings and Management is to impliment ethical and moral values in real estate investing. Our investors are taught to make a difference in their own communities as well as those they are investing in.

Prime Holdings and Management has faithfully made a financial commitment of $60,000. Our commitment is to support Bread of Life Ministry of Faith (The Life) mission to help with the much needed renovations and upfit of it's facility.  We are donating our profits from the sale of our properties (up to $60,000) towards the ministry's building goals to start renovations in March 2008.

Bread of Life Ministry of Faith (The Life) is reaching a lost world through the love of Jesus Christ.  Our message and mission is that God is good and has nothing but the best for His people! 

God is love and His all encompassing love is what makes our ministry the place like no other!  We want people to know that they are to have the very best in every area.  It is God’s will that we all have nothing but His best as we follow the principles of the Word. 

We continue to welcome all who come from various backgrounds and various places.  With an understanding of the Word, we can all walk in the blessed state of the Word of God!
